At Rituals of Hair,  maintaining the integrity and health of your natural hair is the upmost priority.  With years of experience working with fine to thick hair, you can be sure that the extension installation will be safe and seamless.

A consultation is required before any installation appointments. Hair is custom ordered for each client, therefore extra hair in stock is not kept in studio. A consultation is required at least 5 business days prior to the desired install date.

Your reinstallation appointment varies based on the method. For most methods, it is important to schedule a reinstallation every 6-8 weeks. 

It is important that you do not go longer than the recommended period of time as this can cause tangling and damage to your own hair.

NEVER attempt to remove extensions by yourself. You must go to an experienced technician for removal to ensure no damage is done.

A minimum of 2 business days in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If the 2 business days notice notice is not received, a non-refundable 50% deposit for the service will be required in order to rebook. 

With the correct application and proper aftercare and maintenance,  extensions will not damage your hair. Many clients find that their own hair is longer and healthier after their extensions are removed. 

Proper aftercare is extremely important. All the steps in detail are provided during the initial installation appointment. 

It is also very important that when the extensions are removed, that it is done by a trained professional, as improper removal can damage the natural hair. 

You can straighten, curl, and use hot rollers as normal, but avoid touching the bonds with extreme heat.
